All interior design services provided by CASA AUTENTICA- Janeth Design are bespoke and tailored specifically to each client’s individual project and requirements.

Once work has commenced on a package, payments made for completed work are non-refundable. This includes all the details listed under every package.

This includes situations where design concepts, mood boards, drawings, sourcing, specifications, or other project work have already been completed or undertaken.

If a client decides to change their mind, pursue a different design direction, or no longer wished to continue with the project after work has commenced, this will not qualify for a refund for any work already completed.

Any payments made cover the professional time, expertise, research and design services carried out to that stage.
