Janeth Design offers interior design services including:

-One Room Design

-Kitchen & Bathroom Design

-Full Home Interior Design

The exact scope of each project will be agreed with the client before work begins. Services may include design concepts, space planning, material and furniture selections, sourcing, technical drawings, mood boards, 3D visualisations and other design documentation as agreed.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

Initial consultations are offered free of charge and are intended to discuss the client’s project, requirements, budget and the services available. The initial consultation does not constitute the commencement of design work or guarantee that a project will be accepted.

FEES & PAYMENTS

Project fees will be confirmed and agreed with the client before design work commences. Any deposit or initial payment required must be received before work begins. Where applicable, further payments will be due according to the payment schedule agreed with the client.

Additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees, which will be discussed with and approved by the client before proceeding.

DESIGN REVISIONS/CHANGES

The number of design revisions included within a project will depend on the service/ package agreed with the client. Once a design has been approved by the client, significant changes to the agreed design direction may be treated as additional work and may incur additional fees.

Changes requested as a result of a change of preference or direction by the client, rather than an error in the agreed scope of work, may be chargeable.

SOURCING & PURCHASING

Where agreed as part of the service, I may source furniture, fixtures, fittings, finishes and other products on behalf of the client. Product availability, pricing, lead times and delivery dates are determined by third-party suppliers and may change without notice. I cannot guarantee the availability or delivery date of a particular product. The client is responsible for approving product selections and associated costs before purchases are made.

Once a product has been purchased, any manufacturer or supplier warranties, defects or product-related issues will be subject to the relevant supplier’s terms and conditions.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, measurements and access to the property where required. The client must inform us of any relevant restrictions, structural issues, building regulations, lease requirements or other limitations that may affect the proposed design.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All drawings, plans, mood boards, 3D visualisations, concepts, specifications and other design materials produced by CASA AUTENTICA- Janeth Design remain the intellectual property of CASA AUTENTICA- Janeth Design unless otherwise agreed in writing. Design materials are provided for the clients personal use in connection with the agreed project and may not be reproduced, resold, distributed or used for another project without prior written permission.

THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS

I may recommend or work with third-party suppliers, contractors and manufacturers. While I take reasonable care when recommending suppliers, I am not responsible for delays, defects, workmanship or other issues arising from third-party products or services.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

Cancellation & refunds are subject to our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms & conditions.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions will be subject to the juristiction of the courts of England & Wales.
